The illustrations in this book are exquisite! I loved the carefully sketched details, the bright watercolors and the texture in each picture. The language of the story is descriptive and poetic. The characters in the story are genuine and likeable. The mama and papa mouse are sweet examples of loving parents. The story is about a little mouse who loves her favorite pajamas and one day decides to never take them off. She wears them to school and finds that's not such a good idea when they become soiled and torn. By bedtime, she's decided to wear her pajamas just for bedtime.
