Mama Duck encourages them and one by one the sweet ducklings (each with their own look) leave the nest. The reader gets to count along with the ducklings going into the pond with a little counting bar along the bottom of the page. Finally Little Quack gets up the gumption to leave the nest and they all float off to explore. The illustrations are colorful and fun. Little ones will love this book as a read aloud.
